Pre-Register

When you are preparing for a medical procedure or treatment, paperwork is the last thing on your mind. Experience a truly easy, confidential pre-registration process with Stillwater Medical Center.

Look forward to simple pre-registration that most often follows this model:

1. Your doctor’s office calls our Central Scheduling Department to schedule your procedure.
2. A Stillwater Medical Center Patient Access Services Specialist contacts your insurance company to verify your coverage and determine your estimated fee portion.
3. You receive a phone call from a Patient Access Services Specialist to confirm all of your information and explain your estimated portion prior to your procedure.
4. On the day of your procedure or treatment, you check in at the Volunteer Desk in the front lobby.
5. You are escorted by a Stillwater Medical Center volunteer to a private, registration area. A Stillwater Medical Center Registrar helps you complete your paperwork. You will be asked to pay your estimated portion at that time.
6. You will then be directed to your procedure area.
